Just have to tell some one!!
Got back from DN 15 minutes ago where I nearlly fell off the chair. Expected to be on Metformin and statins today but hey ........
HBA1c down to 44 (6.2%) was 6.6 in march and 7.2 last decemeber),
weight down,
BMI down and nearly out of the overweight range,
Total cholesterol down into normal range,
and BP perfect!!!
just celebrated with a kitkat -2 bar confession!! :lol:
