I am most thankful to the MANY of the unknown for the information one can gleen to be more informed on my diabetes.
Type 2 for almost ten years with a far better grip on diet and a better understanding of better choices. The worst thing is the thought of making this condition worse because this is something I can control. It's taken alot of self education and self control
but my Daughters have learnt to be more wise about food.
