I would like to thank everyone who has helped me since becoming diabetic this year. I have had my eyes checked, my feet checked, attended exercise classes, went on a supermarket tour where I learn how to select the right foods. I have had sessions with a diabetic Educator, my Dr. also prepared a care plan and follow up and found a good forum to learn more and all of this without any charge to me. Even my test equipment was free.
