That Friday feeling

Don't know what's wrong with me today I've got no get up and go.
Woke up with a banging headache, my back and shoulders aching, I just feel so tired and drained I've checked both my BS and Ketones but that's fine just hope I'm not coming down with something and that it's just because it's the end of my working week.
I'll be glad when today is over so I can relax a little over the weekend.

I usually feel like this on a Monday ;):)
Aint keen on Mondays .

You mention its not your BG levels or keytones as you have checked both of these .

Hope you begin to feel much better over the weekend
And do not come down with a rotten cold or bug .

Thank you Anna,
When I got to work I wasn't the only one complaining most of the staff were the same I think it's just because we have a new manager and the stress of having our hours cut.

Stress can cause trauma and has a lot to answer for .
Poor you - try and chill this weekend .

Hope you feel brighter and better soon .
