Just over two years ago I started dieting. All went well for 18 months, a gradual weight loss and no special diet, just a reduction in portion size. At some point after this I fell back into the old Anorexia mode (I was anorexic some 18 years ago). I could not help myself nor get help. In December just gone, I finally got myself admitted to hospital, where I was told I probably only had a few hours to live, I was so under weight.
Now, two months on, I am much stronger and have regained a fair bit of weight, unbelievably I am now in the overweight BMI range - [I am still thin!!]

The problm I have now, and would like any help/advice with is binge eating. When I start eating I often can't stop, regardless of how full I am. I am ensuring I eat thee proper meals plus three snacks regularly every day, I am desperate for help to overcome this. I am still fairly weak but improving and doing more. I also suffer from chronic clinical depression, which has been terrible but slowly improving.

Many many thanks for reading and for all replies.
