I'm not diabetic but I'm a very good candidate for it in future if I do not change my eating habits! I've trawled the web for the last three days comparing the best 'diets' and healthy eating plans. This site by far out ways any other I've come across, that encourages a balanced, healthy diet that is sustainable for a life time. And it's easy to understand. What a relief!
