People that moan about slight colds and sniffles
Has anyone tried the Dash Diet, saw this on the Diabetes.co.uk site.
Is this diet easy to stick to and does it work.
Were can I get this from.

I don't think that there are any trials of it's effect on people with T1
In this 8 week trial, 31 T2s improved CVD markers and lowered HbA1c and fasting glucose.

and this one showed better glucose tolerance on an OGTT and better lipid profiles after a short 4 week trial in women with gestational diabetes
