The Diabetes Football Community

Really pleased to be getting involved in this exciting project with some great plans for the future! We will be working alongside team blood glucose to deliver what we hope will be an exciting development for the diabetes community.

Combining the world's biggest sport with a condition which affects so many of us, feels like an excellent opportunity to bring people together to share our experiences and get involved in football!

I'm hoping I can share some of what I know and encourage others to do the same to build a supportive network, put in place to encourage football participation, experience sharing and a general interest in the sport!

I have a working relationship with a professional football club and our ' in the community' works with all conditions, schools, walking football, fitness and disability!
We use our Futsal facilities to do this!

It is really great to see these things happen!
