i really want to know your thinkings about my blog

Healthy Eating: avoiding foods high in sugars and saturated fats, and limiting alcohol consumption.
Personally I can't agree with avoiding saturated fats, since I believe they've been unfairly demonised, and are ESSENTIAL for good health. But your 'healthy' choices are yours to make and recommend :D
Might have made more sense to mention processed carbs i.e. the hidden sugar for most people.

But hey, where's my blog ?

You don't have to do this. You can eat whahever you want ; chocalate, ice cream, chips or you can drink alcohol. But you need to know that what did you do or what will you do to eat this all foods. For example: you ate chocalate so you need to walk some... you ate chips so you shouldn't have eaten too much at luch or you should have shot 1 or 2 unit more. So i mean that it's all about balance :)
