The "Off food and struggling" thread!.

I haven’t had chips for yonks.
You didn’t miss much. I ate most of the fish, tiny bit of batter, twenty chips...it was nice whilst I was eating it but afterwards I felt a bit off and a bit guilty...

Oh well..

When I was struggling to eat and keep food down I used to take the specialy made drinks that have everything the body needs in them and are only small, The ones I had were chocolate flavoured but I cannot remember their name

There are always things like Fortisip, but it can be a slippery slope sometimes, where new routines are needed.

Please don't think my post is beiung critical of you @Patrick66 , but these things tend to be a bridge, for a brief period, rather than a solution. The 125ml oprion conyains 37gr carb alone, so would need careful consideration and management for those whose metabolism is somewhat wonky.

Yes I am very wary of too many carbs. I do check almost everything although last nights fish and chips was somewhat harder to judge.
The good news was a 4.7 reading this morning and I am still weighing 13st 7lb so no further weight loss..
But still not into food...and not in the mood to celebrate a rather bleak birthday...oh well..
