just had the worst storm ever ,never seen it so bad ,roofs gone off buildings ,trucks blown over ,planes damaged at airport ,trees down ,commercial premises had their roofs blown off ,im sure there will be casualties ,unfortunatley
 
on a sensible note , anyone care to post a list of low carb beers ,I know of corona light ,what about others ?

Evening menu :

Porterhouse steak with Stilton stuffed mushrooms, sweet potato wedges and steamed green beans

Chicken and ham pie, celeriac mash and broccoli

Grilled Bass with samphire and salad


Tray salad with palma ham, torn mozzarella, apricot slices and a balsamic dressing

Carpaccio of walrus blubber with entrails.

Hmmm...The steak sounds very good tonight but the walrus blubber sounds very tempting too,decisions.decisions,what's a fella to choose.
