I told him this morning to leave it out with his passwords etc so I could try for him as I had some free time. Anyway, me not being a tech head or anything, have after two hours of trying, managed to download & install iTunes successfully and found out what was stopping it from downloading in the first place. I've sent my other son, whose on his third year IT course at college, who also couldn't do it and said it can't be done, a very smug message saying I've fixed it, still waiting for a reply!!!</blockquote>
