The tramp
A tramp arrives in front of the parliament building and parks his bicycle.
In no time a police officer arrives and says to him:
''You can't leave your bike here, you are in front of the parliament building.
Here passes regularly the prime Minister, the ministers, the senators and numerous political personalities.''
The drunk man looks at him from head to toes and replies:
''Don't worry, I'll lock it up.''
