Processed fish - eg 'industrially' produced smoked mackerel etc - isn't that good for us either, in large quantities.

I'm sure that from small smoke-houses is a lot better, though it still has toxins. Everything in moderation!

Eat smoked fish only occasionally, there was a similar cancer scare not so long ago about food that have been smoked, but yes variety and moderation is the key to good health!
