They're everywhere

I walked in to the canteen today (at the customer I visit once a week) and there was a chap changing the battery on his Accu-Chek meter. "I've got one of those" I said and we had a chat about how they chew through batteries. Then another chap wanders in and joins in "I buy the batteries in bulk on ebay" says he "cos my wife's got the same meter".

These diabetics, they're blinkin' everywhere these days..

Apart from the people here, I don't know another diabetic. It's good to know that we are everywhere, and not hiding in dark corners.
