Pasta, sorry to me it's vile, yeuch lol (and full of nasty carbs)
Whoopee do! I actually won something for a change. I won a shiny new Bayer Contour USB meter in a competition on DCUK.
Thing is I have always used the AccuCheck Aviva and don't know the procedure for getting my strips and lancets changed over. I am on insulin so free prescriptions for meter accessories etc.
Do I contact my DSN or GP ? Bit stuck here. I do like the new meter, the screen display and it's compact size impressed me.

There should be a PIP Code in the box which you hand over to your gp surgery @eddie1968, the USB is a great little meter :)

@noblehead, I have found the tear off card for my GP with the PIP codes. The lancets come in 100/200 batches but there is only one for strips. Is this a tub of 50 ? The tub of 25 that came suppled with the meter wouldn't last me long as I test 4 times a day.

Yes you'll get boxes of 50 strips on prescription, the 25 strips are just to get you started, some meter company's like Accu-Chek just give you 10 strips when you purchase a new meter.
