Other than feeling thoroughly sorry for myself and a disgusting taste in mouth I’m fine!

Given I’m between lessons probably a good idea I tested!!
 
If you are driving home it would be advisable to have a biscuit or something sweet to stay above 4 mmol/L.
But otherwise it's a great reading!

I had 4 chipolatas and my carb killa. Not had chance to retest but feel better (obviously wasn’t feeling great after all)
