What I can tell you is that the ideal range for ACR (as deemed by NHS Scotland) is betwwen 0mg/mmol and 2.5mg/mmol.
Whether you falling within that range or not doesn't make you normal or abnormal, given the fact that all of our bodies and states of health are different.
Your results say that your ACR ratio is 8 milligrams of albumin per gram of creatinine. The reference (or normal) range for that test, as measured by that laboratory is given on the same line but on the right-hand side i.e. less than 20.
Be careful if you start reading about ACRs elsewhere - some laboratories report the result per millimole (mmol) of creatine so the normal range would be different.
