BMI 27.4 (from 28.7)

Waist down to 34in (from 36in)

Height 5ft 9in (down from 5ft 10in) I've a serous back prob

Feet ok (a little gouty prob in big left toe)

Heels both dry

Retinopathy due Jan next year

Last blood taken sat 19th am 6,5

Gp says taken blood as often as you like over festive season

Need to loose 1/2stone by next summer

On the whole gp dn & myself v pleased no for a little enjoyment
