REally slow early - said too many connections. Gave up trying, but seems ok now

I think the servers are having problems, not because the site is busy, i couldnt log on at around 7pm tonight for about 30 mins.

I was getting the SQL error messages for about an hour tonight. When I did finally get on I PM'd the administrator and he said it was their server. Too much traffic.
