Having one of those days today! I've taken less insulin today than I normally do because it's my lazy day off. (30 units of 30/70, normally 32). Barely any physical activity. It's my weekend so I usually eat **** so don't judge lol. I had a waffle for breakfast, and then half a poptart later. Went hypo around noon (3.1 mmol/l), had a tuna sandwich, some jelly babies and a glass of coconut water, then I was OK for half an hour. Hypo came back again (3.3mmol/l) so I ate a cereal bar, more jelly babies, a can of red bull and half a can of coke. Tested 15 mins later, and I'm at 3.1 and feeling worse. It's slowly crept up to normal over the last hour and I'm feeling OK, just really fat because I could barely stomach to eat but I had to. This doesn't normally happen on a HIGHER dose, so am I just randomly more sensitive to my meds today?

I see that you've been diagnosed for a while, but could you still be producing some of your own insulin? Our requirements do change sometimes too.
