although I have no knowledge of / attatchment to 7th day adventists, I see no reason to think their researh would be any more / less flawed than anyone elses

I took that approach for years and became obese. Nowadays I delay my first meal until I feel hungry. Not felt hungry yet, so I guess breakfast will be after 3.30 pm today
As I have just been saying on another thread, we are a diverse species. What can be a successful regime for some may, for others, lead to dismal failure. We are on the same journey but we take different roads.
