Hamburger, chips and cheese, slice of pie, and a cookie. I know im not supposed to eat like this but it was a holiday and I had a moment of weakness. Over the next five hours I had five spikes on my CGM. I never seen my blood glucose do this. Any reason why?  Im worried I developed gastropareis due to constant burping and upper bloating, but last year I took the test and it came back negative.</p></blockquote><p></p>
