Three weeks on the new diet!

So I've been on the diet and exercise for three weeks now, totally cut out all bread, rice, potatoes, most sugar, no canned food, nothing that comes in a box, no fast food. Walking every day for an hour or so, some weights.

My initial fasting glucose was 278 today my fasting glucose was 136, not bad for 3 weeks!!
I'm getting motivated now!

I'm four months new to this myself. I started at 282 mg/dl. It took a me four weeks on the LCHF diet to get into the range I'm in now, 105 - 145 mg/dL. The daily exercise has been a huge help.

Waving hello from northwest Washington. I'm on the west coast too. :)
 
Thanks everyone! I didn't realize how bad I felt, I thought it was normal for me. Now I feel so much different and dare I say... good? It's crazy!!
