I will speak to my diabetes nurse but I need to understand what my options are here as the medication appears to work really well but all that glucose shedding in my urine is going to cause a challenge long term as I can't continually use thrush cream.My Hba1C is 56 but the challenge is to get it lower - Canaglifozin in combination with my 1000mg metformin/day is what they say will work, my CGM shows its working so they aren't spinning me a line. Without the Canaglifozin there is no detectable sugar on the strips...... 3 days in and it's at the top end of the scale.What do you guys do who take this med?</blockquote>
