Thrush- not the feathered variety

Morning all I have been prescribed Jardiance whilst no doubting it’s effectiveness it does appear to have a nasty side effect Painful thrush( it’s not uncommon apparently) anybody here experienced same issues and are there any treatments I can use?

Plenty of treatments available, just ask GP, or pharmacist.
