Over the past year or so I notice that I get tingling in my toes and feet after I eat something particularly if it's really sugary (like a milkshake). It's not all the time just when I had a "cheat" food day. Is this normal for a diabetic?
Any advice on what I can do to relieve the tingling (besides never eating sugary stuff)?
