Certainly not fully developed t1 for more than a few days without being hospitalised. I am not sure exactly how fast that happens but for me it was a few days then straight to hospital. However I don't know how much earlier insulin function starts to reduce and whether it starts slow then speeds up. Perhaps someone knows more?</p></blockquote><p></p>
