All just looking for some collective thoughts/ understanding or previous examples if you have any please.

I have an outstanding call with the DN for what I can only describe as tingly soles of my feet or an almost warm sensation. It's like friction, so could be to do with all the walking I am doing.!!!

I have read previous post that refer to B12 or Potassium deficiency.

I realise this could be neuropathy however my confusion is around my BG levels.

I self monitor fairly regularly and to date have normal numbers and by that I have found that all measurements to date i.e fasting/ pre or post meal numbers fall well within the normal range as per NICE guidelines. ( although a few 1hr spikes have been up to the 8,s or high 7's)

I am newly diagnosed in April with nearly 2 stone in weight loss since then. Lots of walking and gym 3 times a week plus following LCHF with circa 100grams a day.

6.9% Hba1c at the time
No medication , diet only.

Any advice welcome and appreciated.
