Tired after hypos

I had 2 hypos at work last night and been feeling tired all day today is this normal please

Yes, I get worn out after hypos too. Especially night time ones.

yeah, pretty much......i have found over the last 2 years I get a mild headache following a significant hypo.....[below 3mmol]...

there can be a wide array of symptoms that come with a hypo.....

Hypo's can wash you out and make you tired, doesn't help when they occur at night and disturb your sleep

Yeah I usually get headache when I go really low doesn't always last long so that is good it's great to have ur help

To me feeling after hypo is like having hangover but without the food cravings.
Not that I've had hangover for yeeeeeears..but one will never forget that feeling

My heart beats faster, I cant focus on one thing and I feel confused. I feel tired when I have hyper and that completely makes me feel like I was exhausted
