My blood sugars are okay and I'm following a very low carb diet. I notice recently that I am absolutely exhausted after eating. It's a puzzle as there is so little carb in my diet. I had it today after osso bucco - no carbs involved. So today's entire input is avocado, a piece of cheese, parma ham and then osso bucco (no rice!). Then it's all I can do to stay awake. Any suggestions?
