Certainly at the start it was awful trying to exercise.. Weird, also, since I weigh a lot less than I use to but have far less energy!I didn´t do extremely much exercise before I had lost the first 12 kg at least.... it would have been impossible
No, not yet, but I am going to a nutritionist in half term who will run some blood tests.Have you been tested for B12 deficancy?
I known for myself when ever I feel week and tired it's because I am low.
Well, I had 1 test at the same time as the first hba1c but I gather thyroid issues can be complex... I eat less than 40 carbs a day ...
There's a strong link between Type2 and depression; whether this is physiological or psychological is unknown but probably both. Speaking from personal experience I've suffered from both and tiredness is I believe related to the depression. Anti depressants can help as does counselling.
