It took approx 3 months until the correct dose was achieved. I am now on 50 units pre-breakfast and 22 units pre evening meal.
On the whole levels are good but have some wild ups and downs. It's a good idea to record what you eat and when (time) you eat so that if you have a rogue result you can check back to see if your food intake has some effect.
