To statin or not?

Yeah, I understand that about the bills. When I went to the Colorado university hospital in Denver for a specialist appointment (Not diabetic related) the out of pocket expense was about $1100 per visit.

which i suppose if your measuring something in your blood stream and your intake is Lower, that makes perfect sense, right

and liking the dinner, that to me sounds like the perfect antidote to our messed up way of eating that's been foisted on us by the food gods.

Big like for the garage work..most relaxing (usually )

Don't wanna go too O/T but a mate of mine (this was in the 80s) broke his ankle in California Straight reset and day visit.

Fat Emperor podcast 45 with cardiologist Ross Walker, as it covers all this stuff. An excellent podcast and one I will encourage my GP to listen to.

To summarise; you should only take statins if atherosclerosis is confirmed, either by CAC or previous experience, eg heart attack. You should only be taking water soluble statins as fat soluble ones may be cancer causing. You should definitely change lifestyle and diet to low or no carb. You should have cholesterol particles test to determine size of LDL AND HDL. Partical size is SO important.

Everyone should listen to this podcast. Just do it!
