Received my hb1ac results today, four months ago was told it was 78 after low carbing the scores on the doors was 44 well chuffed. Gone from 13st 6 to 11st 12 and still managed to have a few beers on a Friday night. Next challenge below 40 and to get into a slim fit shirt
