Today 14.6.18 was latest day of Ramadan full days 29
My blood sugar before breakfast was 5.9mmol
Good bye Ramadan to next year
All measurements were under control

I learned something wonderful from Ramadan
We do not live in order to eat but we eat to stay alive. I will keep control of my appetite of eating
