Well done Ally. Those after meal spikes are better than a lot of mine! You must be getting your carbs right, and keep on like this and your base levels will come down and down. I hope this new development will keep you motivated.
I think you're doing really well, Ally - I'm always well pleased with myself when my spikes are small like yours, even though I'm not always too happy with my pre-meal readings. For me seeing a flattish set like that is equally as important as getting all my levels down.
