Hi the tingling in my feet has gone but these last few days when I get into bed at night for about a hour some of my toes (not all ) and usually on one foot go slightly numb now if I wriggle my toes or elevate my leg the feeling comes back once I am asleep all seems ok during the day when I am moving around no problems when sat down on odd occasions some toe pain but again only one foot is this the next stage in neuropathy or am I going slightly mad !

The sugar has damaged the tiny nerve cells in that area, don't expect to repair the damage, they are gone. I started like that, I now have 2 numb feet which destroys my balance. I am 78 yo, sugar is under control but too late.
