tomorrow is quarterly HBA1C test. fingers crossed. hope it all works out well. Here FBS (there are few readings taken after lunch or dinner)

Dr wanted cholestrol to be below 2.6 (against 2.9). Asked if we want to take statins. We have indicated to discuss with niutrition and see if it can be handled via food.

Change in Cholestrol comes as a surprise. Dont know how bad cholestrol increased and good one reduced

BF : Cofee + Green Juice + Idly
Lunch - 2 vegetables + Rice + Salad
Evening/Dinner - Protein Drink

Looking forward yout thoughts.

Doctor asked to reduce Metformin 500mg X2 --> 500mg x1 morning and evening each.
