After suffering night cramps I have been drinking a lot of tonic water. I have noticed the carbs (13gms per serving) which must be a no no. Has anyone suffered cramps and if so how do you deal with it?
Magnesium is absorbed better through the skin than it is from tablets. If I get muscle cramps then I use a magnesium oil spray or if i havnt got one then i use magnesium bath salts either as a foot bath or a nice lazy full body soak in the bath
