Works for me too... So much so nowadays I can do 3mmol/L drop in 5 minutes now as my muscles have just got larger and fitter. This used to take me 20 mins when I was first diagnosed.If my BG goes too high, I indulge in a burst of exercise to burn up all that extra 'energy' floating about in my blood.
Run up and down stairs several times
Kettlebell swings, to the point of muscle failure (doesn't take long!)
Take the dog out for a brisk walk
It usually starts to drop within about 10 mins, and returns to normal much more quickly than if I sit and slob in front of the tv.
