I wouldn't say I'm a technophobe, especially having spent 35 years working in IT, mainly IBM mainframes, but I use my mobile to make phone calls and send text messages. I have turned off it's ability to look at eMail, Facebook and Twitter because it constantly needed charging and I constantly forgot to charge it, I also constantly forget to keep it permanently attached to my body which I know a lot of people do. I do really appreciate the suggestion and I will have a look, but I'm wondering if I am a bit of a technophobe and the thought of being ruled by my phone is a little too scary. I am saying all this slightly tongue in cheek. The mobile phone is an amazing device which I don't use to it's full potential. I will certainly have a look. Thank you.
Here we are 11 minutes later, three alarms set up, one each for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, let's see how we go. Thank you for the suggestion.
