I have recently totted up the amount of weekly meds I take and was surprised to find out that I take 50 tablets per week plus one injection. As well as being diagnosed with Type 2 and treated for Cholesterol as well, I was diagnosed with MS and take a weekly injection for this.
Are there many others of you out there taking a similar number of tablets? I worry about the long term effects!
Thanks[/qu
Yes I take same amount of tablets too. I came to realise over the years some of these tabs doesn't do long term good. I look around for alternatives.& adjust.
yes,you are right to be concerned about the long term effects GPS either don't know or aware they are just think the big pharma knows what they are doing. There are so many alternative therapies out there.I have recently totted up the amount of weekly meds I take and was surprised to find out that I take 50 tablets per week plus one injection. I'm not saying "like" because of the meds you need to take, but because of your comment about the damage done to other organs. You are SO right!140 and increasing regularly. Due to having cushings disease, uncontrollable diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, heart disease, osteoporosis, pcos, so on and so on, and yes I would say all the medications do not do any favours to other organs such as kidneys and liver and brain and pancreas...
