Too many meds?

Just pumping insulin...and a free tubigrip from nhs to hold it on my arm..

Quite proud of myself as 30 years T1, I had been on cocktails of tramadol, amitrytalene, duloxitine and anti depressants, movicol etc over the years.

Have finally been clear of everything since start of 2014. However, vitamin tablets is a different thing, I do take a few various ones of those each day.

49, down from 77 thanks to change in diet, low carb has been a godsend from me. I think the 21 blood pressure pills (3 types) might come down a bit if I can shift some more weight (work in progress) and who knows about the 28 metformin tablets when the weight goes?
I definitely rattle if I count the ridiculous number of supplements that I take, I frequently forget them because HID will not allow non essential tablets on the table (being on the table is the only way I remember to take pills at mealtimes).
In fact, seeing the number of pills that some take I'll start another thread to ask how people remember to take them.
