rude d/n nurses and being treated like im wierd because im diabetic
are tortliia wraps worse or as bad as bread ... my friends dn is at it again telling him its fine and of course the internet .. im not 100pc sure and he just wont listen to me, hes still in the 10s since de because of the bread he eats to ive talked him into burgon but not 6 slices a day ?? anything you post i will copy and send to him to try to knock sense into his head xx
 
Hi,Tortillas do vary but the mission brand deli wraps are around 33 grams of carbs each(which is around the same as a Mars bar) so if his bloods are in the 10's or above I would recommend that he cuts out or at least cuts down on them.;)

Carbs wise,white and wholewheat ones are pretty similar.

You can buy low carb wraps online though which may help him whilst he's trying to get his levels down.
 
was just on alverdite looking at joesphs low carb ones funny enough x
 
ive just spoke to him he said he didnt know they just white ones ahah but have ordered some of alverdite and even talked him into joing us on here yipeeeeeeeeee x
