I’m going on the diabetes remission program where for 3 months you only have milkshakes and soups and then go back to normal food.
My latest bloods were 44 while taking metformin so they are saying I’m an excellent candidate.
So has anyone been on this, how did you feel and did you achieve remission and what difficulties did you have?
I tried extreme low carb but ended up with extremely high cholesterol and became so depressed so hopeful this could be the answer.

I have seen recent reports on the success of this trial supported by Diabetes U.K I was wondering if anyone who tried it has ideas on the recipes for both that were used. I'm in remission at moment but think maybe 2 or 3 days a week adopting this idea? Would appreciate any feedback on this BW45
