Has any body had any bad side effects from taking Tradjenta for over a year? Laurence
 
just been told by my GP to stop taking Tradjenta aka Linagliptin as it’s been found to have no medicinal effect.. seems the experts have decided it’s moreorleas useless
 
So that’s why my DN stopped it. I thought it might be due to my starting Mounjaro at the same time.

my GP just dropped it into the conversation..’oh and stop taking the linagliptan.. it’s been decided that it doesn’t do any good ‘ i had a look at google last night.. seemed medical experts in Germany made the same decision a few years ago
 
Yes - Lawrence, I have had unpleasant side effects for 5 or 6 months now - and getting fed up with it. The effects really affect my quality of life. Interesting to read that it is now deemed ineffective.
