It's a pleasure! The advice I found most useful is NOT to eat when one is NOT hungry. I think I must have been conditioned from an early age to think one should eat frequently or else ... It's an eye opener for me to realise that I can and, in some circumstances should, just not eat for quite long periods, especially of course when travelling and so not expending much energy. Whereas eating just to dispel the boredom or soothe the anxiety of travel is best avoided. So important as it is to pack nuts and cheese etc for snacks, perhaps even more vital to take a good book, on tablet or paper.
