Travel insurance wishes

Hi everyone

Is there anything you wish a travel insurance policy contained? Or anything about your travel insurance that could be done better?

It could be:

To do with the cover they provide
The way they communicate -on the phone or by letter/email
Any extra service that would be really useful

Has anyone had problems with medication abroad that they needed their travel insurance provider's help with?

My personal thoughts are a wish for the insurance organisations knowing a bit more about diabetes.

I sometimes wish they'd ask a few more relevant questions about which type I am and whether I have a pump or take injections.

That would be great if I thought the information they gathered would help them in providing a better product for us. As it stands, I'm sure they'd use that information as an excuse to bump the premium up a little...
