I am looking to get travel insurance for a trip to Spain .Can anyone recommend a good insurer for diabetes type 2 that is a reasonable price. Going for one week so will want single trip.Thanks

Hi and welcome to the forum @Flower_girl! I use insureandgo which didn't charge me any more when I was diagnosed T2. I don't know whether there are any cheaper alternatives though.

For the last few years I have had a policy from Holidaysafe. They did not load the premium after I was diagnosed with T2D.
